Our Cockapoo, Eric, absolutely loves his raw food. Even when he’s clearly finished his dinner, he continues to lick the bowl for five minutes afterwards. The quality is excellent – it looks and smells fresh, and you can really tell it’s made with pro…

Choosing? A few quick answers

Which recipe should I start with?

If your dog is new to raw, start with Lamb Tripe for a week or so, then add an offal-free recipe such as Turkey & Beef, then an 80:10:10 one. Already feeding raw? Rotate three or four recipes and the diet balances over time. The switch-over guide.

How many tubs do I need?

Adults eat 2 to 3% of body weight a day, so a 20kg dog gets through roughly 2.8kg a week. Tubs come in 500g and 1kg, and the bundles are 6, 15 and 20kg. Put your dog’s weight in and we’ll build the order for you.

What’s the minimum order, and what does delivery cost?

6kg minimum, because anything smaller won’t stay frozen in the post. Next day delivery on orders before noon Monday to Thursday, from £7.95, free over 50kg. Or collect from Langtoft. Full delivery details.

Single protein, offal free, 80:10:10: what’s the difference?

Single protein is one meat only, handy for allergies and elimination diets. Offal free has meat and bone but no organ meat, a gentle next step after tripe. 80:10:10 is the full balance of meat, bone and offal. Mix them over the weeks.

Not sure how much to order? Tell us your dog’s weight and we’ll build the plan.

Made by people who feed their own dogs this.

Betsy’s started with one beagle and a small team in Langtoft who wanted to know exactly what went in the bowl. It still works that way.
